Looking Forward...Optimistically!

Write a comment I largely agree with Paul on this one, while in the short term the media will suffer, hopefully as more and more people turn to the internet to get their form of news, the whole picture of the situation can be reported more often. It's not like they haven't brought this upon themselves, they had many years to adapt. I really appreciate what you do out there Michael, but to know that there really are so few journalists who are as dedicated as you are to providing an accurate picture of the war, well quite frankly it's disheartening. And yeah, things look to be getting worse before getting any better around here, even if gas prices are finally going down, 1500 workers from Chrysler just lost their jobs locally, and if Chrysler and GM merge (which they are trying really hard to do), you can expect about another 2000 or so, as everyone from accountants to engineers will lose their jobs from the merger. Why would anyone want to be president at a time like this?
