ISAF casualty

KABUL, Afghanistan (Nov. 13) – An International Security Assistance Force service member died as a result of an explosion on an ISAF camp in southern Afghanistan today.

The cause of the explosion in unknown, however, there is no current indication that the explosion was a result of enemy activity. ISAF officials are investigating the incident.

It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
